Once you’ve approved the plan, all you have to do is wait; the team will deal with all the materials sourcing and choosing the trade contractors for the job. They’ll even work with your insurance company if need be!
The construction team works like a well-oiled machine, which impressed the clients I talked to. Even when there are many workers in a team, they still move efficiently, and if there’s a problem, they won’t hesitate to let you know.

More importantly, the results are clean and professional. They clean up after their work, so the clients don’t have to tidy up.

“I have nothing but good things to say about HIBCO Construction. We hired HIBCO for major structural work on our home after discovering black mold and rot, which was the result of a leaking chimney flashing. Throughout the entire process, from estimating the job, to producing engineered drawings and procuring permits, to the crew that was on site to do the work, communication was exceptional. They treated our home as if it was their own, often going beyond any reasonable expectation I had about the quality of their work, but their attention to detail while being on site and their courteous nature in dealing with me and even some neighbours.
