I’ve gone with Contact Renovations and Custom Homes twice. The first was when I had my kitchen fixed, and the second was when I renovated my basement. I’m impressed with their work!
First things first, I like that it’s so easy to book a consultation here. You just have to fill out the form. Choose the options that fit your project best, and add more details if needed. Then, you’ll promptly get a response.
The team here is also amazing. They took the time to present me with all the options, even showing us pictures of their past projects, and when I had questions, they responded punctually.
The renovation crew shows the same communication skills. Throughout the process, they updated us about the progress (via call and email), which I really appreciated.
They’re also efficient; they were able to finish on time despite some setbacks.
This company’s preferred payment method is through deposit, which personally, I don’t mind, but I know some people might. I wish they offered other payment options for people who couldn’t afford a deposit.

This company is also versatile. Looking at their portfolio, I noticed that they’ve transformed basements into various spaces. Some are legal suites, others are bedrooms and bathrooms. There are even home office and gym basements.

Right from the start, Voya communicated clearly and quickly. He provided a quote that was easy to understand and clearly broke down all costs.
