The first thing that I like about Tile Experts is how easy it is to get a free estimate. I just had to fill out their very detailed form, wait for a day or two, and voila! I got my quote.
Do take note that the quote may differ from the final price because there will be extra costs added. I already knew this ahead of time, but many clients felt like they were blindsided by it. This would’ve been avoided if the team had been clear from the start.
I’m impressed with the variety of services as well. I went with bathroom tile installation, but they also offer installations for your kitchen backsplash and fireplace. They can even do repairs, restorations, and demolitions.
The installation crew is great as well. They have great communication skills; they let me know the projected timeline, and they also dropped updates every now and then. They even finished way earlier than expected, which I appreciated.
