The Best T-Shirt Printing Shops in Edmonton for Easy Design & Quick Delivery
I’m really looking forward to our fundraising event. The team asked me to help with the t-shirts, and since I already had a design ready, I figured I’d go the extra mile and sort out the printing too.
I found a shop that nailed the job—high-quality shirts turned around in just a few days. When I handed them out, my fellow volunteers were stoked with how they looked.
That got me thinking: why not share the best t-shirt printing shops in Edmonton so others can get their designs out there? And if you need other printed materials for a similar event or for work, check out these top printing shops, too.
How much does t-shirt printing cost in Edmonton?
T-shirt printing costs in Edmonton vary depending on order size, design complexity, and printing method. For single or small custom orders, you’ll usually pay around $30 per shirt. If you’re ordering in bulk, the price drops sharply, and you often only need to pay about $8 per shirt.
1. Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More

Printing options offered: DTG, embroidery, screen printing, vinyl, and ultra prints
Address: 1311 Windermere Way SW
Phone number: +1 780-409-9565
Business hours:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MON-FRI)
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (SAT)
Big Frog is where I went for custom t-shirts, and I found the experience pretty solid overall. What first caught my attention was their free 15-minute design consultation.
They have plenty of printing options. I chose direct-to-garment, but they also offer embroidery, screen printing, vinyl, and ultra prints. The ultra prints use a specialty transfer sheet that keeps the fabric soft, so the design feels more natural on the shirt.
Turnaround time was impressive. Since the garments I wanted were already in stock, they had my order ready the next day. I also liked that there were no minimum order requirements and no setup fees, which made things simpler.
On the flip side, the shop is tucked away in Windermere, so pickup was a bit of a trek. I also had to resend a couple of messages when they didn’t reply right away.
The shirt, color and design were exactly what I was looking for
“I wanted a shirt to commemorate an annual camping trip. I received great customer service! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The shirt, color and design were exactly what I was looking for. I provided a few ideas for the design and the first design suggestion I received was a keeper! I appreciate how quick and easy the design and ordering process was. The whole process was easy and fun. I will definitely use Big Frog again and would recommend it to others.”

This is a great place to get custom work done
“This is a great place to get custom work done. We went in to have two t-shirts made, and it was such a great experience that we went back to have several hoodies customized. They’re professional, responsive and Cynthia’s design input was very helpful.”

2. Apex Apparel

Apex Apparel is another decent option if you want custom t-shirts without being locked into big minimums. What I liked is that they’ll print just one shirt if that’s all you need, making them approachable for everyday folks.
Their printing choices cover the usual bases, including direct-to-garment, screen printing, embroidery, and heat transfer vinyl.
They also offer design support in case you have an idea but not the skills to polish it. Pricing is flexible, with bulk discounts or even profit sharing if you’re planning to sell your custom tees.
Furthermore, they sponsor local groups and sports teams, which adds to their community feel.
The downsides are that their prices can be higher than those of other shops, and their Ambleside location might be inconvenient for pickups.
Apex Apparel makes some seriously cool custom gear
“Apex Apparel makes some seriously cool custom gear. Their stuff looks awesome, feels great, and they actually get your design right. Super easy to work with and the quality’s way better than the usual print shops. If you want custom apparel that stands out, these are the guys to go to.”

3. Custom Uniforms, T-Shirts, and Trophies (United Sport & Cycle)

Printing options offered: Screen printing, sublimation printing, and embroidery
Address: 7620 Gateway Blvd NW #200
Phone number: +1 780-989-6110
Business hours:
11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MON, TUES, WED, and FRI)
9:00 AM – 7:30 PM (THURS)
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (SAT)
One shop that I think is a good choice for bulk orders is United Sport & Cycle. Most folks know them for bikes and gear, but their Team Sales side is where they handle custom uniforms, t-shirts, and trophies.
They use sublimation printing, which gives jerseys and shirts a vibrant look that lasts. I’ve noticed schools like Old Scona Academic High School and even Team Alberta Hockey rely on their work, so the quality is clearly trusted.
What makes them convenient is the same-day delivery within the city. Orders over $99 don’t even get charged a delivery fee. Financing is also available through Affirm or Flexiti, making big purchases easier to manage.
The issue is that they focus mostly on schools, sports teams, and corporate clients, so individuals can feel overlooked. Their inconsistent operating hours can also be an issue if you’re planning to visit in person.

Printing options offered: Screen printing, embroidery, and digital printing
Address: 7505 104 Street NW
Phone number: +1 780-908-2761
Business hours: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (MON-FRI)
Fully Promoted is one of the more established names in t-shirt printing. With over 20 years of experience and more than 300 locations worldwide, they’ve built up a fair bit of know-how.
They offer the usual printing methods like screen printing, embroidery, and digital. What caught my eye is how they can blend a logo or message into the shirt so it looks natural and not slapped on.
They also carry recycled apparel, which is a nice option if you want something eco-friendly.
Rush service is available, and that can be a lifesaver when deadlines are tight. They also run regular deals that help with costs.
However, it should be noted that pricing isn’t clear until you get a quote, and they seem geared more toward businesses than individuals wanting just a few shirts.
Their products are the highest quality we’ve seen
“We use Fully Promoted for all of our promotional needs, and they’ve been fantastic. Their responses are fast, their prices are great, and their products are the highest quality we’ve seen. We’ve ordered pens, notepads, shirts and hats from them so far, and have been incredibly happy with every order. Their timelines are also really good, and they communicate very clearly with us. Thank you so much Doods and the Fully Promoted team!”

If you’re looking to do something unique with your t-shirt, consider JC Print & Marketing. They handle the usual printing methods like DTG, screen printing, and embroidery, but what caught my attention are the specialty options.
Metallic finishes and glow-in-the-dark designs make shirts stand out in a way you don’t see everywhere. The nice part is there’s no minimum order, so even if you just want one shirt, they’ll take it on.
I also like that they can review your design for free and fix issues before printing, which saves headaches. And if you want to share your custom shirts beyond Edmonton, they ship anywhere in Canada.
Just remember that they only take Visa or Mastercard for payments. They’re also closed on weekends, which can be inconvenient if you’re busy during the week.
Did a great job and did the work in a timely manner
“It is refreshing to deal with a business that wants to work with you to achieve the best results. I had designed a logo for an upcoming event and wanted to have it embroidered on to a t-shirt. Cera took the time to explain all my options on the phone, by email and in person. When I went to the business, she took the time to show me my options and cost effective ways to do it. It was a very small order (one t-shirt). JC Print and Marketing did a great job and did the work in a timely manner. Thank you Cera and team for the amazing customer service.”
