Strengthen and unwind at the best Pilates studios in Edmonton!
One of my big goals this year is to feel healthier and stronger. My hot yoga sessions have been great for boosting circulation and shaking off stress, but I knew I could push further.
That’s when I tried Pilates, which is all about core strength and flexibility. After just a couple of sessions, I already feel looser and more agile, which is perfect since I’ve been getting back into sports.
It’s exciting to see the difference, and I want others to experience it too. So here’s a look at the best Pilates studios in Edmonton where you can get started and feel the benefits yourself.
How much does Pilates cost in Edmonton?
ilates classes in Edmonton usually cost around $28 per drop-in session, while private sessions average about $115 each. Prices can vary depending on whether you’re taking a mat or reformer class, how many sessions you purchase, and your instructor’s experience.

I’ve been going to Raise the Bar for a while now, and it’s honestly a decent spot if you want to use Pilates to improve your health. It’s a small studio that combines Pilates, strength training, and nutrition coaching, so they’re quite well-rounded.
My experience started with a free consultation, which I appreciated because it helped me understand Pilates better. I’ve tried most of their classes, but I’m especially fond of the reformer sessions since they add a nice challenge.
I haven’t done a private session yet, though I’ve heard they’re great for getting a more customised experience.
Beyond Pilates, I like the meal plan they made for me, and it’s been working well so far.
The only downsides are that they’re a bit far if you live in the west and that their Friday and Saturday hours are quite limited.

I love the atmosphere here
“A friend introduced me to Raise the Bar almost 2 years ago. I wanted to start working out and I love the atmosphere here. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The people who come to workout here are friendly and supportive, and I’ve never felt any judgment from them. It’s just a great atmosphere.”

2. Nice Time Pilates

Classes offered: Intro to Pilates, mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, apprentice-led classes, and more
Address: 7708 104 Street NW

Nice Time Pilates (Play Store)
Nice Time Pilates feels like a studio that grew out of people just wanting to move better without the pressure. It’s small and friendly, and the instructors clearly care about technique but keep things relaxed.
Classes mix mat work with reformer machines, giving you variety depending on how much challenge you want. What’s good is that you can book everything through their app, which makes it easy to track schedules or buy class packs.
I found their apprentice teacher program pretty cool since you can join classes at a lower drop-in rate while helping new instructors gain experience.
The only thing that threw me off was how they don’t post business hours or a phone number. You have to check their site for class times or reach out online.
Everyone had an amazing time

3. Pilates Integration Studio

Classes offered: Mat Pilates, Reformer, Tower, Barre, Fusion, Gravity Straps, and more
Address: 10565 114 St NW
Phone number: +1 780-421-9853
Business hours: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM (MON-SUN)
Pilates Integration Studio has been part of Edmonton’s fitness scene for a long time. It first opened in 2000 under Tracy Stafford and later shifted to Kara Botelho in 2019.
The studio has kept its reputation strong, blending classical Pilates with newer styles and offering teacher training that’s recognised well beyond the city.
The classes are varied. You can join mat sessions with props, equipment classes that rotate between the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Cadillac, or try barre and fusion options.
They also host workshops with guest instructors and specialty gear, which adds some nice variety. I found the intro deal pretty handy, too. Two weeks of unlimited classes for $52.50 is a good way to see if the place fits.
On the downside, replies to enquiries can take up to a day, and the rotating equipment setup might frustrate anyone who prefers sticking to one machine.
I’m so glad I found this studio!
“I’m so glad I found this studio! All of the staff are so helpful, responsive, and welcoming. I have spine problems and the instructors always take time to help me with things that are harder for me, even adjusting the exercises so that I can manage them. I’ve recently joined on a trial basis and I will definitely be attending regularly from now on! The studio has a really nice vibe to it as well. Highly recommend!”

If Reformer Pilates is what you’re mainly after, Forum Pilates is worth checking out. It’s a small, woman-owned studio that’s fully equipped with Reformer machines, great for improving core strength and posture.
Classes are split into beginner and advanced sessions, and you can join anytime through their drop-in option. The $35 fee is higher than what most Edmonton studios charge, though.
If you plan to go regularly, their packages are a smarter choice. Ten classes cost $310, twenty for $599, and there’s an intro pack of three for $80.
Memberships run $320 a month for unlimited classes, plus perks like priority booking and discounts on special events. These events include themed classes and private group sessions that help build a sense of community.
One thing to note is their strict no-late-entry rule. If you’re late, you’ll miss the class, which can be frustrating if traffic slows you down.
I love this place and the instructors!
“Started coming almost a year ago and I can’t see myself stopping. I love this place and the instructors! If you’re new to reformer Pilates or an enthusiast, I highly recommend Forum. I’ve been coming consistently 4-5 times a week and have adopted it to my routine. It’s a workout I genuinely look forward to and feel supported by both the instructors and people in class. The studio is beautiful but it’s the people that come and teach that make it feel warm, inviting and a safe environment to move your body.”

I absolutely love going to Forum
“I absolutely love going to Forum. Tyra is my favorite instructor—her classes are the perfect mix of challenging and fun. She always provides options for modifications, as well as opportunities to improve and grow for those who want an extra challenge, which I really appreciate. She is encouraging and creates a welcoming environment whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth. I look forward to attending her classes every week and have seen real improvements in my strength and balance. Her classes are the best I’ve attended at any studio. I also love the studio’s large windows and open, airy atmosphere.”

Club Pilates has made a noticeable mark in Edmonton with five studios scattered across the city, which makes it pretty convenient if you want to stay consistent. I’ve checked out what they offer, and it’s more than just the usual reformer Pilates classes.
They bring in equipment like the Exo Chair, Bosu, and spring boards, plus the TRX suspension system that adds a strength and stability challenge. I like that they’ve thought about younger folks, too, by offering cross-training programs.
A free intro class is available, which is a nice way to test things out before committing. Their app connects with Apple Watch so you can track progress easily, and if you qualify to pay with HSA or FSA, you can save close to 30%.
The only drawbacks I’ve noticed are inconsistent operating hours and prices that vary depending on the studio.
A great studio with great instructors!
“Sarah is such a thoughtful, charismatic and knowledgeable instructor with the best music taste! I always feel like I consistently get a great workout at her classes. Overall it’s a great studio with great instructors! Highly recommend to anyone looking to try out Pilates.”
