Really good experience
Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and respectful. The process was fairly painful for me but the staff were all cheering me on and doing their best to distract me and reduce the pain (keeping ice packs on the areas the laser touched, consenually squeezing my other arm to help my brain not have to fully focus on the pain).
