Oh, and you don’t have to think about buying the showers, sinks, and other materials for your bathroom elsewhere. This is because Wave actually has its own products; just take a quick look at their showroom to see if you like any of them!
Another thing that I like about Wave is that they have their own team of installers. This is great news because you don’t have to worry about multiple contractors coming in and out of your house; just one or a few professionals from the company will do.
The installer team deserves their flowers as well. They’re prompt and professional, and their process is very organized. They also try to keep the area clean during and after the installation process, which is much appreciated.
Plus, if you experience an issue, the company can easily get the installers to come to your house to inspect it, whereas if they had contractors, they’d have to go through hoops to resolve the issue.
The team here also has great communication skills. If you’re experiencing an issue after the installation, don’t hesitate to reach out. They’ll respond and look into the problem ASAP.
That said, some clients do tell me that they’re sometimes hard to get a hold of when you want to inquire. It’s possible that this is because the company has a lot of clients.
Moreover, they’re only open from Tuesdays to Saturdays, even fewer days than the previous entry.
