The Waiting room and Operation room are very well decorated, it feels less like a orthodontic clinic and more like a hotel lobby, doesn’t mean you should fall asleep on them though! You’re here for orthodontist work after all! Besides that, the staff are very friendly and energetic to suit your orthodontic needs! The Keychain and sticker rewards were an unexpected surprise but appreciated none the less!

From my virtual consultation to my first in person appointment Dr. El Bialy and his staff have been very pleasant and helpful answering any questions I have had.
