I had Inspection Works check out the house I’m planning to buy, and one of the reasons I went with them was their buyback guarantee through InterNACHI. Knowing that if any oversights occurred during the inspection, InterNACHI would buy the home back gave me real peace of mind.
They sent Mitch and Evan, who were both easy to deal with and worked in sync the whole time. They used full infrared thermal imaging and ran a sewer scope, which uncovered a few minor issues I never would’ve noticed.
Nothing major, but enough to give me some bargaining power with the seller.
When I asked about extra services, they mentioned they also do WETT inspections for fireplaces and create floor plans.
However, their prices tend to lean on the higher side. It’s also disappointing to learn from other folks that they sometimes fail to respond to enquiries.
