They work with a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, engineering, and professional services. They even support officials in government agencies who want to strengthen their leadership skills.
I like that they offer Corporate Leadership bundles, which combine coaching, training, and facilitation into one package. This can help companies save money while also building leadership capacity across different levels.
The only catch is that they mostly operate on a subscription model, especially for their bundled services. That works well if you want ongoing support for several months, but it may not be ideal if you only want a couple of sessions.
