We ultimately went with this company because we were intrigued with their WaterGuard, their patented waterproofing system.
The drainage system is set in the interior subfloor system, making it efficient and inconspicuous. And it also has large holes in the back, so it can let in a good amount of water. We’ve had this for a year or so now, and so far, it hasn’t clogged!
They also offer other methods. You might prefer the vapour retarder (keeps your basement mould-free), window wells (increases energy efficiency), or a simple wall crack repair.
I also like the speed of the whole process. The whole process, from the initial consultation and free quote to the installation, only took about a week for me.
There are some issues with the communication, though. Sometimes, the team took a day before they answered my query, and they rarely answered phone calls. This frustrated me at times, but it wasn’t a serious deal-breaker.
