The Repaint Specialists Inc. has been in business for over 35 years, so we weren’t surprised when it was the most recommended painting company to us. Fortunately, they delivered, so we’ll also be recommending them to others.
The process was seamless from the start. We contacted them for a painting estimate, and they responded within hours. They even complied when I requested an in-home consultation. Oh, by the way, all this is free!
The team was meticulous and efficient. First, they power-washed all exterior surfaces, repaired any carpentry issues, sanded/scraped a surface to make it smooth, and more. Once the area was thoroughly prepared, they got right into the painting.
They even made sure to inspect the project afterward. If there were spots that needed correction or cleanup, they fixed them right away.
If you’re not satisfied with their work, they have a two-year warranty.
That said, I’ve heard complaints about miscommunication. One client shared that she booked an appointment, but no one showed. According to the company, they didn’t come because it was a holiday.
This wouldn’t have been an issue if they were clear on the matter.
