What I like most about Premier Build Garage is that it offers packages. I chose the Ultimate Garage Package because it had everything I needed, but they also have a more budget-friendly option and a fully customized option.
No matter which package you choose, the process will be streamlined. First, you’ll have an initial consultation where the team will provide you with an estimate after telling them your vision. Then, it’s going to be designing and planning, followed by the construction.
Overall, I have to say that the experience is pleasant. The team is amazing to work with. They communicated clearly throughout the consultation, and the construction crew gave me updates during the building process.
I also thought that the pricing was fair, and I love that they have some financing options available in case you can’t afford to pay the full price immediately.
They also have a warranty for their garages: three years for the materials and labour, five years for the building envelope, and 10 years for the structural framework.
That said, I’ve heard complaints of frequent issues coming up, mostly regarding permit mixups. This particular issue is frustrating because it delays the construction process further, and the clients will have to constantly reach out for more updates.
