I first came across Trailer Tonics during my cousin’s birthday last December.
The bar itself was pretty simple, but that didn’t matter at all. The founders brought this lively, upbeat energy that had everyone gathered around, chatting and sampling drinks instead of just walking past a typical setup.

They were bombarded with wedding guests eager to drink but never ever had a lineup because they were so fast and efficient! They made signature cocktails for us including a spicy margarita where they offered unique rimmers and fresh jalapeños, and an old fashioned that they made fancy by roasting mini marshmallows to smoke the cocktail!
