The window selection here is impressive. They have the classic options like picture windows, fixed windows, and tilt and turn windows, but they also have the fancier choices like bay and bow windows. They even offer blinds, shades, and shutters.
Another thing I liked about this installer is how seamless the whole process felt. First, I booked to get a free quote, then someone came to our house to assess the space, and he clearly explained all the options to us.
We were satisfied with the price, so we accepted their proposal. We didn’t have to wait long for the installation crew to arrive and finish their job. Seriously, they gave us an eight-week timeline, but they finished installing the windows in two!
That said, I’ve heard complaints about their communication. Some clients told me that they reached out many times, and no one responded. This is really frustrating, especially if you have an urgent matter.

Clients told me the installation crew came on time and finished the job within the timeline as well. They also kept the work area clean, and after everything was done, they did one final inspection to ensure there were no errors.
The warranty is amazing as well. It covers everything, including broken glass! Additionally, it lasts for 25 years and is fully transferable, which means you can pass the warranty to the next owner if you sell the house.

First, this shop offers windows of all types, sizes, and materials. Most shops only offer vinyl windows, but Reflect also has windows made of aluminum and wood.
Secondly, they have an impressive clientele. They serve both residential and commercial clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas like St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Beaumont, Devon, Lamont, Calmar, Morinville, Redwater, Busby, and Sandy Beach.
The process—from getting the free estimate to the installation—is smooth. The crew is also personable and polite, and after they finish installing, they give detailed tips on how to care for the windows.
However, some people had issues with the customer service. They told me that when they called to get a quote, the representative was shockingly disrespectful. This upset them, which I totally understand.
