Keep your skin glowing with the best aesthetic clinics in Edmonton!

  • Credentials and training - We prefer clinics with licensed medical staff, such as nurse injectors or aestheticians, who have at least three years of experience in cosmetic treatments.
  • Range of services - We considered whether these clinics offer a wide selection of treatments, including Botox injections, laser therapies, and facials, to ensure clients can find solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Treatment quality - We looked at how well these clinics deliver natural-looking results, based on the opinions we’ve gathered from past clients and the technology or products they use.
  • Accessibility - We checked if these clinics are easy to reach within Edmonton, whether they’re near central areas or transit, and if their hours make regular visits manageable.
  • Customer service - We assessed how welcoming and professional the staff are, how clearly they explain procedures, and whether the clinic environment feels comfortable and hygienic.

I’ve always believed that looking after my skin is the key to keeping a natural glow, even when stress makes it tough to hold onto.

That’s why I’ve become a regular at an aesthetic clinic. Their treatments have helped me keep my skin healthy and natural-looking without going overboard.

To make it easier for fellow skincare enthusiasts, I’m sharing the best aesthetic clinics in Edmonton that are worth a visit.

We’ve also put together a list of the top massage spas and hair salons in Edmonton to round out your self-care routine.

I’ve been to a few aesthetic clinics, but the one I keep returning to is KAYU Aesthetics Skin & Wellness. They offer a wide range of treatments, including laser hair removal, injectables, and facials.

My personal favourite is their custom facial. It combines serums with electrical pulses to boost collagen, leaving me with a natural glow. I’ve also tried their anti-ageing peels, which helped smooth out fine wrinkles more than I expected.

Since paying for treatments one by one adds up quickly, I like that they have a membership program. It gives perks such as preferred pricing and priority booking.

They also sell packages that bundle sessions at a discount, and financing is available if you want to spread out payments.

The downsides are the $100 consultation fee and the fact that the membership locks you into a year-long contract.

Pros

  • Wide range of treatments
  • Offers custom facial treatments
  • Has a membership program
  • Offers treatment packages
  • Financing available through Beautifi and Medicard

Cons

  • $100 consultation fee
  • Membership requires a 12-month contract

I felt like a new person after every procedure done

“This clinic is very clean, calming and serene. My experience with Kayu aesthetics was very relaxing and soothing. I felt like a new person after every procedure done. I was well taken care of at this place. I am happy and satisfied with the results. Definitely coming back and I highly recommend this place for your skin care and relaxation needs.”

I will say that KAYU is the perfect place for self-care, skin care and relaxation

“I will say that KAYU is the perfect place for self-care, skin care and relaxation. The girls were exceptional. They were kind, attentive, informative and eager to help. They ensure that your whole experience from beginning to end will be a pleasant one. I also learned that even as small as their hands soap was well researched just to ensure that their clients will only get the best. They also offered drinks and snacks which I thought was such a nice touch. You can definitely tell that they deeply care for their clients. As someone who is new to this, I greatly appreciated the education I received from Sheska. She took the time to explain everything and I learned so much about my skin. I got a facial with them which left my face feeling fresh, clean and rejuvenated. I also took a few products recommended home and my new skin regimen has definitely helped control the redness on my face and keep it clear. Will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you so much KAYU!”

If you want a thorough assessment before deciding on treatments, True Aesthetics is worth considering. Their consultations are free and include Vectra 3D imaging, which gives you a clear look at your current skin condition and helps you make informed choices.

They provide both surgical and non-surgical options, such as buccal fat removal, rhinoplasty, and dermal fillers.

I found it thoughtful that they also offer pregnancy-safe facials, using gentle therapies and non-toxic products to address skin concerns safely.

Thankfully, they offer curated memberships that package most of these treatments together and give long-term discounts. Financing is available, too, in case you want to spread out the cost.

The only major issue is that appointments fill up quickly. I’ve also heard from some clients that wait times can stretch past the scheduled slot, so planning ahead and being patient is important.

The results were beyond anything I expected

“I had the most incredible experience with Stephanie at your downtown clinic. I visited her for dermal filler in my temples and the results were beyond anything I expected. The treatment itself was gentle and Stephanie checked in on me every step of the way. My results look natural, lifted and refreshed; exactly what I was hoping for. I felt like she really understood my goals and delivered even better than what I imagined. If you’re considering any aesthetic treatment, I couldn’t recommend her more highly!”

Rejuvenation Dermatology Clinic caught my attention because they do more than the usual skincare. They have two Edmonton locations that cover both medical and aesthetic needs, which makes them a bit of a one-stop shop.

What stood out to me were their cancer excisions, which can safely remove cancerous skin tissue, and their eczema treatments. On the cosmetic side, Thermage is available for anyone wanting tighter skin without surgery.

They also bring in advanced technology. The Bela MD+ facial is a good example, combining exfoliation, electrical muscle stimulation, and electroporation to help reduce signs of ageing.

It’s fairly easy to access these treatments because they offer financing.

However, I find it disappointing that there’s no proper online scheduling, so you have to call or leave your info, and they sometimes overbook, which can lead to delays or cancellations.

Pros

  • 2 locations in Edmonton
  • Wide range of medical and cosmetic dermatology services
  • Advanced treatments like Bela MD+ and Thermage
  • Can do cancer excisions
  • Offers eczema treatments
  • Financing available

Cons

  • No proper online booking system
  • Occasional overbooking that leads to delays or cancellations

They also have specialized treatments that can provide long-term solutions to most skin conditions. One that caught my eye was miraDry, a permanent fix for underarm sweat that’s a bit hard to find elsewhere.

They run monthly promos and have a loyalty program, so regulars get a bit more value. Financing is available, too, in case you want to lessen the upfront costs.

The results have been truly amazing

“I’ve been going to Beauty Rewind for a few months and have completed 5 sessions of chemical peels and 1 microneedling treatment. The results have been truly amazing—my skin looks brighter, smoother, and more refreshed with every session. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain the process clearly. What I appreciate most is the clinic’s commitment to hygiene and cleanliness, which makes me feel completely at ease during every visit. They helped clear up my skin issues within 3 months

“My experience at Dermapure Guardian Rd was the absolute best. They have an excellent staff and incredible welcoming environment. They helped clear up my skin issues within 3 months after struggling for over 6 months with a certain type of acne. I saw Dr. Poon and he is a one of a kind doctor. He listens to your concerns and helps you to feel the most confident. I recommend coming here if you want to feel more happy in your skin. Overall a great experience and I always look forward to coming here! Thank you Dermapure!”
