Value Law is the one I’m seriously considering for my upcoming house purchase because their lawyers have more than 20 years of real estate experience.
What I like about them is how much of the process can be done online. Their portal is available at any time of the day, so you don’t have to wait for office hours to check on things.
And I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a penny-pincher, so their lowest price guarantee and occasional coupons and discount offers are big pluses for me. It’s also reassuring that they offer a customer satisfaction guarantee on their services.
That said, I do find it disappointing that they don’t assist with commercial deals. And if you’re selling a condo, there’s an extra $299 fee to keep in mind.
